First Monday Quilt-In Information

On the first Monday afternoon of the month (unless that Monday is a legal holiday), an informal ‘sit and sew’ is held at the Fruitville Library. All of our members are welcome to join in the fun and it is an excellent time for new members to meet other members in a smaller environment.

The Fruitville Library is in Sarasota, just east of I75 at Fruitville and Coburn Roads. We meet in the large conference room, which is on the left as you enter the building.

Most of our meetings have no formal program. Bring a project to work on, meet fellow members, and chat. Long tables are available for those who need to spread out or layer a quilt. If sewing by machine, bring an extension cord and your own iron/ironing surface (if needed).

The room is ours from 1 to 4 p.m... Hope to see you there!!
